New Exhibit: Perspectives: Y.Z. Kami

The Perspectives: Y.Z. Kami exhibit is a continuation of the Perspective series, which presents contemporary Asian art. This exhibit opens today, March 15, 2008, at the Freer Gallery of Art. This exhibit continues through October 13, 2008. This exhibit contains art done by Y.Z. Kami, an artist born in Tehran and whose works combine both Eastern and Western aesthetics and mystic traditions. Included in this exhibit is two portraits he has done as part of his series of individuals in meditation.
