Wrap Up of results from November 17-23, 2008

Kind of a losing week of D.C. teams this week with the Washington Capitals winning two or their three games and the Washington Wizards losing all four games this week extending their losing streak to 5. Sadly that is not even their longest losing streak this season, as before their last win on November 12th, they had lost 6 straight.
