This Weekend in D.C.
Joy of Christmas: This is a Christmas concert at the National Cathedral. The concert is at 7:30pm on Friday night, 4pm on Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday. While there you can take the Holiday Tour of the National Cathedral if you decide to go to the Sunday concert.
Russian Winter Festival: This festival is at the Hillwood Museum and Gardens on Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Enjoy the holiday decor of the estate and hear folktales from Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden.
Holiday Walking Tour: This holiday tour starts at McPherson Metro Stop and gives information on Christmas at the White House and how Christmas was not celebrated with a Christmas tree by the early residents of the city.

Hi Kjersti,
Thanks for the book. It looks to be an interesting read. I also appreciate the prompt delivery. I have a gift for you too.
Please contact me.
Here’s a wild idea: I’m running a contest on my site where I’ll give away 5 photo Cd disks of my photography. If you want, you could run the same contest here, and mention my url too. (www.about-albuquerquenm.com).
This means contestants have multiple chances to win 2 disks. Hey I am in a giving mood, you could give away 10 of my Photo CD’s, all people have to do is enter for a chance to win. If you say yes to this scheme, I will mention our shared contest in all my blogs throughout January. Let me know. Mary MacIntyre
